Creating the ARTful Journal
2 Day workshop - Sat/Sun 11a-4p (two locations)
Why journal? I use my art journals to record ideas, sketches, lists, quotes, test color/supplies, techniques, design, and write. However, journals are diverse in purpose; daily thoughts, quotes, lists, recipes, travel, project documenting, scrapbooking, or just plain doodling!   Over the years, I’ve developed BIG LOVE for my journals and the journaling process itself.

​What to expect:
Day 1 - Create the covers and spine, (Covers dry overnight).
Day 2 – Sew signatures into journal; attach beads & closure; start playing and writing in your newly created journal!
You will have oodles of supplies available to tempt your creativity! I will demo techniques to attack the blank page; and also provide writing prompts and resources!

Cost: $135 (All supplies included)
Practicalities: Everyone has their own table, with plenty of room to spread out.
(You may want to bring a bag lunch).
