This series honors the female complexity. The symbol images on these paintings have both personal meaning and are metaphors for femininity, women's issues, and situations. For example, the heart symbol represents love plus the capability of giving life. Breasts represent gender and the nutrition that sustains life. My inspiration is from female connection, communication, relationships, nurturing, and emotion.
