Purple Barn Studios Shipping Policy
For the present time, I only ship to U.S. addresses. I start the packaging process as soon as your painting is purchased so it is ready to ship in 1-3 business days.
I ship all painting purchases using UPS, or Fed Ex Ground/Home Delivery. Insurance is added on paintings over $100 with signature required. I work with the shipping carriers to compare rates for the best value. You will receive an estimate of the shipping charges, and the tracking number from me at the time of shipping. If it is a large piece of artwork, a signature at delivery will be required. Please be sure to provide me with your entire address, and the Post Office can deliver to your address.
If there is a damage issue, (I have never had one) please contact me as soon as you receive your artwork. I take careful measures and use top quality packaging materials to prepare your purchased painting, so it arrives safely in perfect condition. In the rare event that something happens, I am not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (FedEx, USPS or UPS), or for any damage incurred post-delivery. If it is a large piece of artwork, the shipment will come with insurance and the damage process will need to be started by filing a claim
If the delivery company reports that it was delivered but the package is missing, they will be responsible for handling any claim issue from you.
